In this I am drawing swirls on a notebook. To do this I have to use pon to control my breathing while I start to relax, since I love drawing. This also communicates to other parts of my brain to use other parts like, the Occipital Lobe, which I have to use to have a field of vision, without that I could never be able to see anything, let alone a piece of paper. Also drawing or doing any time of art requires the right hemisphere of my brain. The right side of the brain deals greatly with creativity and art.

In this picture I am breathing, and I started to wonder, 'how do we breathe?' The thing that ovbiously got me wondering was that I was steadily breathing and it had to of been my brain that told my body to do this and it was the Medulla . This keeps body responses going without having to think about it. I am also using the left side of my brain or the left hemisphere which puts together things that would logically make sense to my why I breathe how i do. My frontal lobe contributes to the problem solving I had to do.

I got emotional so I started crying, and what made me do this had to do with the Hypothalamus which releases hormones, and a overboard of hormones always sends me crying. Another part of my brain, the Hippo campus, which regulates my emotions so eventually i will stop crying, or start to forget about the thing that made me start in the first place. Then the Amygdala causes me to cry because it also deals with my emotions and instincts. My instinct when i'm sad is to cry.

In this I am making conversation with my boyfriend, Ryan. In order to do this I had to use my Wernicks area which helped me because its related to the production of speech, which I need to make this conversation. I also had to use my temporal lobe in order to hear what Ryan was saying to me and to start processing it. Finally Brocas area, this has to do with functions that lso link to production of speech.

In this picture, I am weightlifting. In order to weight lift I have to use my muscles. To lift the dumbbell I one had to use my Cerebellum to keep my balance, use my motor skills, and keep my muscular activity smooth. For anything and everything involved in lifting I had to use Motor Cortex which basically generates all my impulses to move. The other important part of my brain I used was the Parietal lobe, I needed this to manipulate the dumbbell, or be able to pick it up.
