Q: It's true! I was with him the entire time, he did not steal anything! 
R: That cashier person is lying! 
PQ: Or your lying! The cashier wouldn't lie! I'm gonna have to take you downtown. (Starts getting closer to Rashad. Taking out his handcuffs) 
R: Officer, no!! Get away from me! I did not steal anything! What is going on right now! Don't arrest me! 
PQ: *Gets a hold of Rashad. Rashad is pushing and shoving. The officer starts to get rough with Rashad. Officer starts to hit and tackle Rashad* 
Q: Officer stop! This is wrong! I was with Rashad the whole time and he did not steal anything! PG: Well why would I believe you over the cashier? *Starts to reach for Rashad to put him in handcuffs*
R: STOP! I didn't steal anything! What are you doing?!?! *Steps away from Officer Galluzzo*
PG: Stop resisting! I'm taking you downtown! *Pushes Rashad to the ground to be able to place him in handcuffs* 
R: I didn't steal anything! Stop! 
PG: *Starts hitting Rashad* 
Q: STOP! Your hurting him! He didn't steal anything! STOP! 
PG: Step back and mind your own business. I know what I am doing here.

Q: Sir I swear he did nothing, I saw him by those, you can check the camera

Cop: Stay out of this 

R: Why you think I'm lying yo like for real. 

Q: I'll buy the chips again for him if you'll leave him alone.

*The cop shakes his head*

Cop: You can either come with me or I can take you by force.

*Paul Galluzzo enters the convenience store where Rashad is accused of stealing the bag of chips that he bought. Quinn stands nearby.*

PG: Where is he? *His wild eyes dart around the room until they land on the terrified student (R).*
PG: Place your hands behind your back! You are under arrest!
R: What, why I did not do anything wrong?! *His voice is unsteady, but he holds his ground.*
PG: The cashier has shared that you stole from his store. Turn around and place your hands behind your back or I will do it for you. 
R: No! I paid for them, I have a receipt to prove it! 
Q: I saw him pay, he paid, the cashier is lying!
R: Please just let me show you the receipt!
PG: Do you not understand me, boy! I said turn around and place your hands behind your back!
R: I didn't do anything wrong!
PG: That's it! *PG rushes over, pushes R to the ground, beats him, and forcefully places handcuffs on his wrists.*
Q: Please stop you're hurting him! He didn't do anything wrong!
PG: Get out of my way boy! This has nothing to do with you.

R: Officer, you are making a mistake, I didn't do anything! *R tries to go inside the store to talk to the cashier*
PG: *Starts running to R and tackles him to the ground and begins to handcuff him*

Quinn stands on one side of the store with Rashad at the other. The police officer, Paul, begins to walk towards Rashad:
P: Where did you get those chips?
R: I got them from the stand over there.
P: You didn't pay for them. That's stealing.
R: No, I paid for them before I opened them, I am just still looking around.
P: I don't see a recipt, you obviously are lying. Are you lying to an officer?
R: No, I bought these chips I did not steal them. I can look for the recipt if you need it.
P: (raising his voice) I have a witness that says they saw you put the chips in your pocket, I am putting you under arrest.
R: (while backing up) I did not steal these chips, I have done absolutely nothing wrong.
P: Well now you are evading arrest, do you want to do this the easy way or the hard way?
Paul begins to get physical with the boy, pushing him onto the ground. Quinn watches as this happens, knowing that Rashad wouldn't take the chips but too worried to interviene.

*R is walking around the convenience store with the bag of chips in his hands and looking around for more snack and drinks when OP enters the store*

OP- "speaking to R" Hey kid, what do you have there?
R- Just a bag of chips officer! 
OP- And did you pay for those chips? 
R- Well not yet sir, I'm still looki-
OP- So what you're telling me is that you stole those bag of chips and I can see that you're looking for more things to take as well?!
R- No officer! That's not true at all!! I was about to pa-
OP- I don't want to hear it! Put your hands behind your back, you're coming with me. 
R- Sir please, this is misunderstanding, I'm just a kid, and I was going to pay for this chips!! 
OP-  ARE YOU REFUSING TO COOPERATE??
*At this point OP grabs R and throws him to the ground, begins kicking him, and forces him to put his hands behind his back in order to handcuff him... R is badly injured and bleeding.*
R- *gasping for breath and whispers* please stop... *he does not fight back however, knowing that his abuse and punishment will be far worse*
OP- You have the right to remain silent... *OP continues reading his Miranda Rights as he picks up R and drags him out of the store and calls in his arrest*
