         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><sub>About the Article:</sub></strong><sub><br>Andie Craley, a Manager for Technical Services<br>and Government Documents Librarian at Harford Community College Library, shares his experience about the ever-changing of roles of librarians, and that how networking and building a collaborative relationship with his community inside and outside of his district have provided family-like support to sustain the needs of the library to serve its patrons efficiently.&nbsp; Flexibility, compassion, cross-training along with knowledgeable staff, professional development, and valuing teamwork builds effective partnerships.</sub><strong><em><sub><br></sub></em></strong><strong><sub>Learning: </sub></strong><sub>What resonates with me about this article is that building a positive relationships helps create teamwork and collaboration.
