The Ultrasound Technician is not the one who reports their findings directly to the patient because they are not permitted to interpret the results like Physicians are. Some examples of an internal constraint would be making judgement about your patient and allowing your biases to affect the level of care they receive, violating HIPPA laws, and not properly scanning the patient.
