Completed developments:

Upgrading of the Johor Jaya Interchange

In 2003, the government has doled in more money to construct a new flyover at Johor Jaya complex Interchange. At the complex interchange, the road (Jalan Pandan) leads on uphill some 50–100 metres away northwards from the interchange. The construction of the interchange has elevated the highway directly from the point north of the interchange.

From 2006 onwards, travellers travelling northward would have to turn into a road which connects carrefour before joining the highway after the interchange. Travellers coming from Jalan Masai Bahru would have to take the flyover which connects with Tebrau Highway, and travelling northbound without diverting into the road connecting carrefour would ultimately lead to vehicles turning off into Jalan Masai Lama.

After several delays of the project to cause criticism from public, this interchange finally completed its construction on June 2007 and open for public use.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johor_Bahru%E2%80%93Kota_Tinggi_Highway#Completed_developments

During this period, these southern Malaysian states, along with Singapore, experienced abnormal rainfall which resulted in massive floods. The rainfall recorded in the city ofJohor Bahru on December 19 amounted to 289mm when the annual rainfall of the city alone is 2400mm. In Singapore, the 24-hour rainfall recorded on December 20 was 366 mm, the third highest recorded rainfall in 75 years.

The flooding began when torrential downpours since Sunday caused rivers and dams to overflow.

Concept:

The more time you spend researching what you require the better. You need to decide what the objectives for the ropes course are. Also, do you require a Developmental or a Recreational facility? What will be your estimated annual number of users? Sites can vary enormously, you may be lucky enough to have a stand of tall healthy trees at your site, or you may wish to build a course indoors, across a canyon or on flat open land.
- See more at: http://adventuredevelopments.com/design-build/the-ad-construction-process/#sthash.xf8EBxLT.dpuf

According to the CPSC, there are several leading contributors to amusement park injuries and fatalities. Most injuries occur due to:

Mechanical failure of the ride. For example, the lap bar detaches mid-ride, a roller coaster car detaches, or a structural component breaks. Mechanical failure could be caused by a manufacturing defect or the park's failure to maintain the ride.

Improper operation of the ride. For example, the operator abruptly stops the ride or incorrectly latches a seatbelt.

Passenger misuse or failure to follow instructions. For example, a rider intentionally rocks a car, stands up mid-ride, unlatches safety restraints, sits improperly, or holds a child above the safety restraint.

Inherent nature of the ride. Even without any mechanical defect, operation error, or rider misuse, an amusement park ride may still cause an injury simply because of the nature of the ride itself. For example, according to the CPSC, consumers have reported cases of cerebral and retinal hemorrhage, subdural hematoma, loss of consciousness, headache, and dizziness associated with the extremely rapid spinning of some amusement park rides
