Reports to School Board.Supervises students, teachers, coordinators, councillors.Promotes high standards and expectations for all students and staff in terms of academic achievement and responsible behaviour.Exercises leadership and initiative in working with staff.Prepares overall plans for the school or department.Advises the administration on the long term growth and development of the department.Prepares documentation.Recruits staff (teachers, assistants, etc.).
