1. They are a good way to keep track of tasks
2. See a timeline of tasks for a given process
I would like to better utilize them to help my team be more efficient.

This is the first I've heard of KPIs so I want to know much more.

I know that my boss (Exec. Dir. of Instructional Tech) uses lagging and leading indicators for measuring Chromebook integration success. I'm ready to dive deeper into KPIs!

We currently use KPI's with our OKR's for projects in our team. They are easier to use with more quantitative goals then qualitative. I would like to learn more about how other leaders use them.
