Is it the teacher's style/voice? Is it the phrasing of the instruction? looking at differentiated ways of giving instructions, aiming to decrease teacher voice and in crease student voice in class.<br>Vidhya- Looking to document students learning fractions. Remember, the documentation do not have to be polished.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On some occasions, after I explained what needs to be done for the task, I asked children to repeat the instructions to the entire class, so that they understood what was expected of them. <strong>Reflection - Surprisingly children listened to their peers. Of course you need 2-3 children doing it as 1 person is unable to say give all the instructions. There were times I had to remind the students about the instructions they were missing by asking questions.</strong></div>]]></description>
