Nika is my favorite athlete because of her work ethic both defensively and offensively she can score efficiently and play really great defense . Her defense is what I like most about her because it's something I think often gets overlooked but is so important. There are lots of basketball players who score a lot and lead there team in points but don't play defense which I think takes away a lot from there game I think that defense is mainly effort and Nika constantly is giving lots of efforts on both ends of the court which helps her team to succeed.

Dawn is an incredible coach who makes an impact on all her players. I think shes the best coach because of her connection with her team and the passion she pours into each of them, she holds high expectations in all of them and respects all her players and opponents and pushes her players to be the best they can. She wants all her players to succeed, If you look at the transfer portal you will notice she doesn't have any players transferring from her team which I think reflects her amazing coaching style.

Not a role model - Grayson Allen

Grayson Allen during collage was suspended a few times for tripping his opponents and has a reputation for his bad sportsmanship during collage.

The best cultured team I have been apart of is my high school soccer team we all really liked each other and got along and played well together with great effort from everyone. We all had fun while still being serious and we all improved a lot and got better throughout the season. Everyone on the team wants to be there and we all want to succeed we also have an amazing coach who communicates well and teaches us a lot and makes it a positive experience.
