But really, you have been extremely supportive in my time in CHI and am very thankful for your open posture and the guidance you have provided. For me, who is very new to healthcare, you have allowed me to find my footing and flourish without undue pressure, knowing you have my back.

Took some time to think through and write this as there were many moments of shared experiences through CHI, many good and some tough of course.. :P also, this is bittersweet since I believe the next season will be an even more brilliant one for you but with lesser of us.

There is no doubt that you’re extremely capable and a wonderful leader who wants to do the right thing and do good by as many people as possible; and there are other great things which you’ve done for CHI and the ecosystem we inhabit. However, it is not easy to find someone who can see the good/value in all and is dedicated to finding ways and means to bring forth this good. We really appreciate you as much as you value the team.. ◡̈
