I loved this presentation because as someone hoping to go into conservation post-graduation, I'm shocked I haven't learned more about cultural fires yet. I lead and coordinate field trips to restoration sites, many of which have been impacted by wildfire. I want to incorporate information about fire and how it impacts the land. I would love to develop something that centers the conversations around sites that were impacted by wildfires and sites that where fire was used to support restoration efforts or fires were lead by the cultural burn crews.
