February 11 - Super Bowl Party with my friends

On Super Bowl Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers battled it out in Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII. The Kansas City Chiefs ended up winning 25-22, with Patrick Mahomes getting his 3rd Super Bowl ring. On that day, I hosted a Super Bowl party with 3 of my close friends. It was one of my first hangouts with that friend group and it was a blast. I ordered Wing Stop for all of us and it was definitely the right choice for a Super Bowl party. It was definitely a party for the history books and it might have just created a tradition of Super Bowl Parties being hosted at my house.

May 11 - Got my Sony A7iii Camera

As an early birthday gift, and as an alternative to a Quinceañera, my dad got me a Sony A7iii camera and a Tamron 70-180mm Lens. I had originally been taking photos on a Canon Rebel T3i, which I later found out was a very outdated camera. This was an important moment of 2024 for me because I finally started to get serious about my photography journey and got a very good camera and lens.

August 1/August 3 - Puerto Vallarta Vacation

My family and I decided to take a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We stayed in an all-inclusive resort and we stayed for about three days. It was very relaxing and we didn't do much sight-seeing or touristy activities but I had a lot of fun with my family. There was also a beautiful beach that I went to everyday that I was there. Overall it was a great moment of 2024 because I travelled out of the country and I was relaxed.

August 5 - Academy Awards Museum Trip

As another birthday present, my sister and I took a trip to my favorite city of Los Angeles. We did a couple of different things that day but my favorite thing was going to the Academy Awards Museum. I saw lots of memorabilia and artifacts that were from a lot of my favorite films. I loved learning some of the history of the films that I've seen and my favorite part of the whole museum was the statue of Frank from Donnie Darko. This was the day where I really showed my love for film and my love for the city of Los Angeles.

September 2 - Disneyland Trip

After not going to Disneyland after almost two years, my two sisters, my cousin, and I finally went. Unfortunately, we only had tickets for the Disneyland park, which was a bummer because I was looking forward to the Spider-man ride in Disney California Adventure, but I was still very grateful that I was able to go to Disneyland overall. We rode pretty much all of the major rides, including both of the Star Wars rides. I had a blast that day and I hope that I can go back this following year.
