For the improving part I would love to team up with New Hampshire and see if we can pool our resources to support each other.  I want to create more positivity and adoption around our milestones while at the same time responding to valid concerns. Milestones seem to be emerging as a blocker, with better education/adoption tools, they can become the opposite.

These two areas are good candidates for emphasis because development complexity can range from simply asking certain questions to complex peer assessment/data tools.  Opportunity to truly support our learner centric/teacher facilitator vision, support children, and distinguish ourselves in the market. We can do a self/peer assessment town hall, highlight best practices,
