         <description><![CDATA[<div>Example: Common curriculum amongst departments.<br><br>A shared common curriculum guide amongst the department.  This keeps everyone on/at the same place within the curriculum.  This I feel is extremely important in high school as students schedules get changed and in order to make sure the student is getting the full year of curriculum everyone needs to be on the same page as to what and when they will be teaching a certain topic.</div>]]></description>
