         <description><![CDATA[<div>Some major differences that I faced was my ability to maintain my body weight when doing burpees and push ups with one arm. I also found it harder to balance with one arm when doing the different exercises.  The major muscle groups that I noticed had to be recruited was the trapezius, quads, calves, and patella.</div>]]></description>
