Frey began his career as an associate sales representative with the Johnson & Johnson-affiliated DePuy Orthopedics. In this position, Robert T. Frey was tasked with promoting products to medical professionals. After facilitating first-year sales growth of $350,000, Robert T. Frey was promoted to sales team leader for DePuy-Synthes.
