         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p><strong>Efficient Employee Organization:</strong> Placing all employees under a common "Employees" OU makes it easier to manage and apply group policies and permissions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Location-Based OUs:</strong> Creating sub-OUs for each location helps in setting location-specific policies and permissions and makes it easier for IT staff to manage users based on their geographical location.</p></li><li><p><strong>Division-Based OUs:</strong> Sub-OUs for divisions enable the HR, Sales, Accounting, and IT departments to have control over their respective groups of users, ensuring that appropriate policies and permissions are applied.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

This Allows us flexibility for growth in the future or changes in organizational structure and following the best practices for Active Directory design.</p>]]></description>
