Many dishes that were once regional have changed throughout years and years: we can find different version of the same dish in a many regions.

The cuisine is basically based on pasta, meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.

I’m Viviana, an English, Science and Maths teacher. Me and my students are very curious to know other food from different part of the world and we are happy to be in this project!
