Introduction: According to Slaght and Pallant (2012) the safety of food is the major concern of human beings. There are three problems: food shortage, malnutrition and associated health and welfare problems which can be solved by a systematic educational policy and research.
Conclusion: To solve these problems, a detailed and systemic approach should be came up with. On one hand, encouraging agri-food research which is that developed countries focus on solving these problems with advanced technology. On the other hand, some non-specialist institutions use a global approach with the help of integrating the food-security research.
