         <title>Subscription Policies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><ul><li>A membership at Code Ninjas is a subscription for use of services during the paid period, typically one month. It is not a pre-payment for individual services with no expiration date.<br><br></li><li>Visits can be rolled over for up to 2 weeks of missed services within the previous 30 days. Rolled-over visits can only be used with an active (paid) subscription, and only the with the specific subscription in place when the visits were missed.&nbsp;<br><br></li><li>Unused visits cannot be used as credit to pay for another program or towards a refund or payment for the subscription. Unused visits cannot be used after a subscription has expired or been cancelled. They can only be used with an active subscription.<br><br></li><li>If you would like to cancel your membership, we ask that you notify us by calling our office, or in writing, at least 5 business days before your next payment is due.<br><br></li><li>Failure to give proper advanced written notice may result in a processed payment ineligible for a refund.<br><br></li><li>If you cancel your subscription, you may re-enroll at any time at the rate current at the time of re-enrollment.<br><br></li><li>We reserve the right to periodically update service prices and policies. We will provide notification of major changes. All current policies will be available online.&nbsp;<br><br></li><li>You may suspend ("freeze") your membership one time per year for a maximum of three months. A signed freeze request is required.          <title>Freeze Policy</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Families may freeze their subscription one (1) time for any reason for up to a maximum of three (3) months in any calendar year.<br><br></li><li>Freeze requests must be received using a signed form at least 5 business days prior to next billing date.<br><br></li><li>Freezes will not be processed retroactively.<br><br></li><li>The family’s account must be current with no balance due before a Freeze will be processed.<br><br></li><li>The freeze will begin and end on the normal billing date.<br>Example: You request a 3-month freeze on January 20 and are normally billed on the 10th of each month, the freeze will begin on February 10th and payments will resume on May 10th.<br><br></li><li>Your normal subscription payments will automatically resume at the end of the freeze period.<br><br></li><li>Freezes do not apply to any paid-in-full (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) subscriptions.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
