         <description><![CDATA[<div>Question 3:<br>The waves of a tsunami are called a wave train.<br>The states in the U.S that are at greatest risk for tsunamis are Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California. Sometimes Tsunami waves are so small that they can hardly be noticed.<br>Modern technology can now let us know when a tsunami is going to happen.&nbsp;<br>Seismographs tells us when there is a change in wave heights. They send signals and trigger sirens on land to alert people.</div>]]></description>
