Read over the information you need to know a few times and then cover it and write down everything you remember.

Do this over and over again until you’re completely confident that you know the information.

This method is a good way to get everything your thinking down onto the piece of paper without forgetting what you know and don’t know, so you can go back and check.

• Timer (phone allowed)

• Sheet of paper/notebook

• Pens (black and green)

Method

• Select a topic, any at all.

• Do not look at your notes at all. This is based on memory.

• Set a timer between 2:30min or 5:00min.

• Deploy the timer and write as much as you can in the timeframe given (in black pen)

• Once the timer ends, read over everything you've written and compare it to class notes or syllabus for topic.

• Add on things that you have not written (in green pen)

• You can then use this to write out a list of areas you need to revise on.
