         <description><![CDATA[<div>Vietnam is a socialist country under the leadership of the communist party. Vietnam has been communist for 80 years. Communism believes all property is publicly owned. In a communist country you get paid according to your abilities and how much you are needed. The country is communist because in 1975 the north armed forces seized the south.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The rights for citizens in Vietnam is a lot different there then in the U.S. The U.S. rated Vietnam's human rights record "poor". Authority have a lot of power and use a lot more lethal force. The government there suppresses freedom of expression. A UN report said the government there is very corrupt and your rights can be stripped at anytime.</div>]]></description>

Presidents can serve a max of 3 terms. Presidents are kept in check by the National Assembly. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Vietnamese drug laws are very strict. The government over there uses the death penalty a lot. You are not allowed to publicly go against the government. No besides the government is allowed to own land, you may own the property on the land. Gambling is also a major no.</div>]]></description>
