         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Because they are cautious with strangers, I would show them that I am interested in consistency. Also that, if this is the case, I am long-term oriented. <br>2. I would further show, that I am interested in personal contact to build up trust and a good relationship. The communication style hereby would show that I am a title-lover and set a great value upon respect, status/hierarchy and appreciation. <br>3. Another important point during my preparation would be to let the side with weaker bargaining position speak firs and build up/continue on his or her position/conditions/etc. The communication style should be direct/honest and on eye level with good gesticulation as a good substantiation.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would – at least for the first few times – meet my Polish business partners in person or if it’s not possible I would do a meeting via Skype or Zoom so that the counterpart can see me, my face, my gestures in order to build trust for a long-term business relationship. As we know that Polish people are often improvisatory during meetings I would show flexibility and patience during negotiations. And – as in any kinds of business meetings – I would be punctual because that is a sign for reliability.</div>]]></description>

I would make it clear to my potential business partner that with respect, status and appreciation it is very important to build a good relationship.
