         <description><![CDATA[<div>One bad apple can spoil the bunch - and in a classroom environment, it shouldn't be responsibility of the classroom teacher to be responsible for disciplining those apples. Teachers should be responsible for teaching and learning, not disciplining.&nbsp;<br>Also, there is a gender discrepancy in discipline here; boys are given far more chances for poor behavior than girls are. </div>]]></description>

         <title>I agree with the statement above. Nothing is working and teachers are getting tired. The morale of this building is AWFUL and administration should be ashamed of how the school staff of this building is being treated. Providence will not KEEP good, strong, effective teachers if this does not change.</title>
