These labor laws help provide safe, healthy, fair, and effective workplaces. With this executive order, companies most also comply with all labor laws including the civil rights act of 1964 for example. Also each agency is required to have a senior official to be a labor compliance adviser where they meet with deputy secretary to discuss their agency. They also make sure that the labor laws are consistent throughout the nation and that the paychecks are strictly laid out showing the hours worked, pay, overtime, and taxes. - Establishment of order in the workplace by putting policy, labor laws, regulation and advisers in the 
place
- Executive order became effective immediately
- Any provision of the order is always held invalid till the remainder of the time it is in place.
- All wage records are recorded and stored

Disadvantages:
- Executive orders "effective date" isn't very effective towards the people who are unaware of the executive order itself (The word might not get out as fast as the president would like)
- The implementation of Government-wide Consistency isn't very ensuring without constant check
- Complying with labor laws isn't as easy as it sounds.
