Injustice is seen throughout this movie starting from the very beginning

Throughout the movie the people of colour are being oppressed by the law and the government 

Clearly shown in the movie how the people of colour are put below the majority white race

For example when Walter was arrested, the sheriff did not give him any reason why he was getting arrested and during his trial he was convicted to death row without any proper evidence
