Division Structure:

Producer & Designer/Lead
Distribute tasks to:
Asset creators
Programmers

At the beginnings before funding is received, I would start with just the programmers, to get the framework of the game ready for assets & further improvements. No help with distribution is needed when the project isnt even started, so the producer can be employed last.

As a founder, I would probably handle the initial designs and programming the framework. As the project grows, I can do general management, handling the meetings and project targets, but then further down the road, it can be split across a second leader

In the culture table I said to focus on solving specific problems through good leadership and that can be achieved with this division strucure

I would say we are Matrix. Although we have 3 main departments - web development, marketing and customer service (with general management sitting at the top) - our departments intertwine sometimes in projects.

E.g. help section on the website - web developers create the structure (marketing also has input on that from a design aspect), customer service provides the answer, but marketing then puts that in the brand's tone of voice.
