At the beginnings before funding is received, I would start with just the programmers,  to get the framework of the game ready for assets & further improvements. No help with distribution is needed when the project isnt even started, so the producer can be employed last.

As a founder, I would probably handle the initial designs and programming the framework. As the project grows, I can do general management, handling the meetings and project targets, but then further down the road, it can be split across a second leader
