Check in with each other! Use smaller groups to connect with your chapter via google hangouts.

If your chapter was in the middle of a new member/MIP process consider how you can still connect with those individuals. Place them on a planning committee, virtually continue their process, lead engagements for their class.

Check in with your brothers/sisters to make sure they have the resources that they need in this time. Understand, these may be shifting rapidly, but keep your chapter in good standing. 

Consider hosting virtual chapter meetings. Remember many of your members joined chapters for human connection. Continue positive connection through strong chapter meetings/programming.

Should the chapter need to conduct a vote for business, consider the information to be voted on and send to all voting members prior to the vote being conducted. 

Chapters should continue to hold their planning meetings to prepare new members in fall of 2020. Use this time to look at processes and make changes if necessary!
