It was an extremely fun, informative and creative project. I am happy to have participated in this project. My students learned a lot. They developed their social, emotional, communication and motor skills. They were highly motivated to participate in the proposed activities. We all learned a lot about the history of dragons. We drew, appliqued, constructed dragons. Our families actively got involved and together with their children made dragon masks and sandwiches on the theme of "Dragon". They worked with their children from home and also had a lot of fun. We shared our project with the teaching community and on social media and received approval from colleagues, families and the community.

I discussed the project activities with the teaching community in my kindergarten. I discussed the goals and expectations I had set for myself. My colleagues supported me. I have included additional topics in the educational program I am working on. Our educational plan is flexible and subject to change. I also carried out many activities in the situation-free regime moments - outside and in the study room.

How did I implement the project in my curriculum?
I started off by presenting our project to my students first. Seeing my students excited has motivated me a lot. I adapted all our activities during the project process to our goals and achievements in our curriculum and integrated them into our generally flexible program. I determined goals and achievements that would benefit my students in terms of cognitive, social emotional, self-care skills, language development and motor development and associated them with our curriculum.

What did we learn together?

This project gave the children the opportunity to relive a little of the magic of old stories. The stories are for new examples of life from which everyone takes their own examples. The children in my group are extremely happy to have participated in the project. They had a lot of fun and learned a lot. Dragons are our favorite subject. Now they wear clothes with dragon appliqués. They ask their parents to buy them toy dragons. They tell magical stories.
