"Get your freak on", by Missy Elliott, is a song that is made to influence others to do what you wish to do and ignore what others say about you. This video is not only intended to women, but men as well. In general, most men judge women of how they either run or catch a ball. This could have affected a women in some sort, either mentally or emotionally.
