Taking care of our body and soul is not as easy as it sounds. Some of us have become too caught up in our own lives that sometimes we forget about that we need to prioritize ourselves too. Thus, we end up letting ourselves go, wallowing in self pity, regret, and for some anxiety. In my opinion to take care of our body and soul we must take care our minds the very most. For starters, thinking about the good in everything is a good start, setting aside the negativity in things and choosing to look for positivity will always make things worth while. Since this way, the burden of worries will not overwhelm you. You become much of a bright main character rather than a gloomy side character. And everything else will follow from there I think.

To do that I plan to:
- wake up early and thank God that I got to open my eyes another sunrise
- fix my bed and as much as possible take a bath early
- play with my dogs and remember to feed my cat
- don't be lazy and not be late into entering classes
- do my school activities as soon as it is given and STUDY!
- talk to good people (friends, classmates and family)
- open up to people and seek help
- listen to others peoples concern
- check up on myself and my friends
- take a nap or a little breather, read manga or watch anime
- eat full meals three times a day and eat snacks if possible
- drink water, plenty of water!
- eat dinner with family
- join in the family rosary
- THINK POSITIVE!
- AVOID OVERTHINKING!
- you do you and don't let others get to you
- tell God about my worries
- get some sleep for at least 6 hours

We need to constantly make a connection with God through prayer. If our body needs food our soul needs material food, our soul needs spiritual food.

We need to feed our body by having a healthy diet. Never skip meals.

In our situation today, it seems like it's difficult to take care of one's self, especially spiritually. We all have loads of work to do, and other things are consuming us, making us distant to God. However, these things should not be forgotten as we are human too and we need rest and healing. We need to somehow, let go of things that's bothering us and take a break to be able to continue in life again.

In my daily routine, I plan to do or continue the following (most of these are already included in my routine):
- I first thank God for another day He's given me.
- Eat proper meals so I will be energized throughout the day.
- Observe proper hygiene for myself and ensure my environment is clean for a peaceful mind.
- Attending classes to obtain knowledge.
- Communicating well with people.
- Have daily rosary with the whole family.
- Do academic and household tasks within a managed time.
- Sleeping well.

This way, I can better take care of myself, body and spiritually, without compromising my tasks, health, and relationship with God.

Taking care of the body and soul would first require us to release everything that's keeping us from enduring true happiness.

I guess this would serve as our initial step to achieving a healthy body and soul.

My initial Routine starts with an eight-hour nap, then followed by breakfast and milk to start my day. Then I proceed to do my workloads which embody studying, activity-making, and collaborations with my classmates. After doing it all, I go out to our balcony and spend around 30 minutes there to calm my nerves and relieve stress. Finally, I eat, study for a while, then go to sleep. This routine is now frequently being repeated due to this pandemic.

However, in that span of 30 minutes, I go out not to socialize, but to reflect with the heavenly body upon my weakness and viewed inspirations in life. I believe that the mind is a grandeur palace that connects the body from its soul.
It is said that if the mind can heal the body but the body cant' heal the mind then the mind must be stronger than the body

Being physically and mentally healthy allows us to live a healthier life in general. Taking care of our body and soul during this pandemic is very essential for everyone of us. To achieve long-term health, we must comprehend the value of the body, mind, and spirit, as well as how they interact to contribute to our total well-being. A healthy physique allows us to stay fit and active. We will be more focused and engaged if we have a healthy mind. We will feel pleased and content if we have a healthy soul.

Also, we should not overwork. Everyday, I gave myself a free time at least 1-2 hours to do the things that I wanted to do or the things that makes me happy because I believe that with this, I can take care my body and spirit. I feed myself with delicious and nutritious foods and sometimes, I do exercises in the morning before class starts. I also talk to my friends and parents about what happen within the day. And every night, I do review my notes that I took during the class. Lastly, sleeping for at least 7 hours.

Hectic days filled with long to-do lists leave us little room for downtime and reflection. No matter our environment, our minds are constantly buzzing with thoughts and responsibilities. However, we should not forget to take care of our body and find time to pray and reflect. I believe the whole health requires care and attention for not only our physical body but also our mind and spirit. I can personally say that online learning has been tough, to some extent, the most challenging aspect of online learning is dealing with a lot of academic stress and pressure, as well as fear from current events, particularly the COVID-19 was still emerging. Despite the difficulties, I was able to overcome them, such as communicating with my friends through calls and messages, which helped me cope positively with online learning.

These are some plans on how I take care of my body and soul:
- Surrounded myself with genuine people
- Be grateful
- Connect with God through prayer
- Drink plenty of water
- Good time management skills
- Sleep for at least 6 hours

To take care of the body physically, I would do physical exercise and also read lots of books in order to care the body and mind respectively. These provide me long term health benefits as it helps me develop stronger mind and stronger body to do demanding things like studying or doing even more physical straining activity. In addition, this provides me more energy in the morning the natural way. It also improves my mood as well which perhaps has something to do with the release of hormones such as Endorphins, Dopamine, Serotonin, and the sorts.

In addition, for the spiritual self, I take good care of it by means of self-reflection about my daily experiences in life. I always see to it to find the many bad things so that I can learn and be wiser for life. In addition, I also look at the good things and appreciate them and the beauty they provide in my life. God has given me these opportunities to make me experience them, both the good and the bad so that I can improve myself for the better; always moving forward no matter what.
