In this topic the perception of the students with the use of the blogs is carried out, a survey was carried out to a group of students of the south of Taiwan which they read articles published in the blog by their professor and they write reflections using the group blog . These students expressed that they viewed the use of the blog positively after having used it for 4 weeks. The blog is a digital communication tool most used in the network. In them the author collects and publishes information on a specific topic. There are an infinity of topics and they do not necessarily have to fit one. The sender of the message can give the receiver the option of communicating with him. This can be done through a comment section or directly by email.

Some researchers, such as Ducate and Lomicka (2008), Godwin-Jones (2006) and Huffaker (2005) claim that blogs represent both reading and writing. Blogs facilitate interaction and collaboration (Godwin-Jones, 2003) What distinguishes blogs from web pages is the possibility of interaction and collaboration.

A tool that facilitates learning is the Webquest.
The WebQuest methodology is used as a technological challenge in School of Foreign Languages, Universidad del Mediterraneo Oriental. This technological tool developed in the United States by Bernie Dodge in 1995, mainly for teachers in the secondary school system and for its use with different disciplines regardless of the age groups of its users. Dodge (1995) defines WebQuest simply as "a research-oriented activity in which part or all of the information that students interact with comes from Internet resources, in this is a pedagogical tool WebQuest tasks motivate students to reflect on their own perspectives, thus strengthening the link between them and the task.

The Webquests are structured and guided activities that avoid these obstacles by providing students with a well-defined task, as well as the resources and slogans that allow them to perform them. Instead of losing hours in search of information, students and students appropriate, interpret and exploit the specific information that the teacher assigns them. Webquests are not only a new way for teachers to teach, they are also a new strategy for students to learn.

Among the innovative computer technologies that can be the beneficiaries of English writing, Wiki technology is particularly important. The term "Wiki" comes from the Hawaiian word "wiki" ("fast"). According to (Leuf & Cunningham, 2001) You can create, upload and create web content freely.

The Wiki Web 2.0 application serves as a motivational device and a natural platform for the development of English writing skills. Wiki also has social implications that enable sharing and collaboration among students who are second language English writers. On the Wiki platform, community members can edit, update or delete information easily and quickly, thanks to high usability and quick access (Richardson, 2006).
This platform is considered a cultural tool that gives shape to writing activities, so that the action of the individual student is always promulgated through mediation means (Wertsch, 1991)

Advantages of the Wiki tool:
 Encourages student participation
 Easily create a collective environment
 Collective constructions on specific topics
