Every child is capable of learning and performing to his or her fullest potential. Through
adequate preparation, differentiated instruction, continuous support, a nurturing environment,
and monitored progress, educators have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of their
students. This is my goal and my motivation to teach.

This song demonstrates the obligation that we have individuallly and collectively to take part in fostering the change we want. No one can sit back and say, "That's someone else's job", "Someone else will do it," or "That's not my call to make". We must all start by engaging others in the fight for what is decent and right.
