Rewards                                                       Understand rewards.
- A reward isn’t a bribe. It’s something your child earns for correctly doing what you asked. Consider using both tangible and intangible rewards is
Tangible rewards include stickers, small toys, treats, privileges (like TV time), choosing what’s for dinner, or earning points toward a special gift.

- Giving your child a say about the reward he receives can make it feel more enticing. Consider creating a reward “menu.” If your child seems to be losing motivation after a couple weeks, change the reward but be sure to talk it through with your child first.

- Consider speaking with your child’s teachers to create a system to use at home and at school. Be as consistent as possible with both systems of rewards and consequences. This can increase your child’s likelihood of success.

Negative consequences

-Taking  away favorable consequences  for unwanted behavior.  For example is removing the cell phone will decreasing the change that Emely won't finish her homework next time. 

- Bad behavior has occurred using the removal of toys or privileges away or placing a child in time out.  For example is the child will be tantrums when their play time or screen time is end.

 - Children may reduce creativity and become less creative and more focussed on pleasing the teacher or earning rewards, rather than exploring experimenting with new ideas and creativity. For example is copying others work

Reinforcement
- Treating our children an ice cream or their favorite food when they behave well. Example : Hana's mother let her eating her favourite snacks because she helped her mother by cleaning the house

- A child gets spanked when he crosses the street without holding his mother’s hand. He then no longer crosses the street alone. Spanking is positive punishment because it is a consequence added to the situation that decreases the likelihood of the child crossing the street alone.

- Removing a stimulus as the consequences behavior.  For example, a fine is dropped, and a person no longer has to go to jail. “Effective Classroom Management &Positive Teaching”

Above is an article that i took from google scholar where the article gives us the tips and guidance on how to manage the classroom and to make the patheay of an educator and children become smooth. 

Findings: 
1) Introduction 
- Basically the article gives us the techniques to change the negativity become positive and explain the importance of classroom management 

2) Classroom Management 
-where here is the key that providing us the types of behaviours,expectation,rules, how to handle the troubles and mistakes, and clearly says that teacher as a model and motivator. 

3) Classroom climate 
-The changes of the environment, the dailly routines and the scenarios that carry out through the day, with powerful experience will make the teacher become more effective

-this will help the teachers to praise and give feedback of the particular child and by this two way communication sharing opinions will be more productive
