         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Edinburgh rock</strong> or <strong>Edinburgh Castle rock</strong> i<br>is a traditional Scottish confection, and is quite distinct from conventional rock. It consists of sugar, water, cream of tartar, colourings and flavourings.
