I've used SN for Incident Management in the past so I'm somewhat familiar with that aspect of the platform. My current role is in Data Analytics and I'd like to learn about ServiceNow's capabilities from that perspective.

I've made some ServiceNow Reports the past but haven't set up any news for some time, so I think it would be a good time for a refresher.

I have access to ServiceNow as an IT Council member. I use Service Now often to request items, report incidents, get help, and search Knowledge base. I would like to learn more about ServiceNow and how to create reports.

We have recently expanded from a simple "respond to user reported incidents" usage to the many bits and pieces ( Enhancements, Stories, Demands, Changes, Tasks, Projects, Services) ... keeping up with all those bits and pieces is not intuitive or easy for me ... I need a way to group information visually rather than comb through the stacks looking for what I need.

I use ServiceNow almost daily. I'm finding myself often repeating my responses to the same question. I'd like to do at least two things about this: 1. not having to repeat typing the same answer to the same question, and 2. keep the counts of similar issues to inform targeted communication and/or end user training.

I'm new to using ServiceNow and would like to learn more about its features.

I have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, but I want to improve and hone that experience. I will also be representing my department in SN meetings, and want to make sure I have an understanding of how it is used here.

I don't know much about ServiceNow at all and am wanting to learn the ins and outs of it!

Reports are a way I evaluate issues in workflow. Being able to do this in Service now will be helpful.

The department we merged with is currently using ServiceNow and I come from a TeamDynamix background, where I run reports there for various needs. The ability to understand reporting in ServiceNow to be able to replicate these reports would be greatly beneficial for me going forward.

I do not know anything about ServiceNow, but I will probably have to use it in the near future.
