I took this photo on August 13th when my roommate and I moved into our room in Crosby. It was so exciting to see everything put together. We also got to move in early which was very convenient.

After rush week, I was so excited to run home to Chi O! Although it was a tiring week, I got to meet all of my new friends and take pictures. This photo was taken with one of my friends from Georgia.

First Day of Class

On my way to my first class, I found a man painting a picture of the building next door. It was so sweet to meet him, and he explained his passion for painting to me. Although I was nervous at first, seeing this brightened my day.

My friends from home came to visit me for the Georgia Southern game! By this point I had felt someone homesick, so seeing them really eased my mind. I can't wait for them to come back soon.

First A

My first A on a test in college was a major milestone for me! I was not at first used to the way classes ran, making this a major adjustment. That being said, I was extremely proud of myself to make an A on my math test.

Midway through the semester, I got initiated into my sorority! We got initiated into groups by our home state. This is a group of my friends and I from Georgia.

Big Win

Ole Miss beating Georgia was a big part of the first semester. As it was an exciting win, storming the field was extremely fun. This is a photo of my best friend and me following the win.

Halloween Season!

In honor of Halloween, we made Boo Bags filled with goodies. I also participated in charity events at Oxford Elementary. I enjoyed how festive everyone was in October and celebrated the fall season.

Chi O Formal!

At the end of this semester, Chi O had a black-and-white formal at the Lyric! I had a great time with everyone. This was a great way to conclude the semester.

Studying Hard :)

In preparation for finals week, I have been taking extra notes in class, and working hard to study. This is a photo of some content I needed some extra help with in my biology class. I have also been attending the SI sessions to prepare.

Home for Thanksgiving

During Thanksgiving break, I attended the UGA vs. GA Tech Game in Athens, Georgia. Here, I got to visit my friends from both schools, which was a lot of fun. Definitely a much needed break!
