Sometimes, it was hard to tell people what to do and keep good time management. I felt I was a bit harsh when I had to tell people to "shut up", listen to others, and move on to the next topic. On the other hand, we did a great duo with Tejo because he was more of a good cop who wanted to listen to everyone and was more open up for ideas and different resolutions, and I was the bad one because sometimes I had to be more strict when things started to escalate

Again being more aware of the organisational part of group work/activity. Being more aware how to respond and being more prepared. Time management was really important. Focus also on individual tasks like knowing how to explain things instead of “reading” a script.

Also we learned how important it is to give clear instructions to a group, while the instructions would be already really clear for us as instructors.

From the start we made it pretty clear what our roles would be. I (Tejo) would take up the communicational and some organizational responsibilities. Kinga worked on more administrative responsibilities, such as the project plan, but organizational responsibilities too. We found that Kinga was a lot busier than me at the beginning of this project, but over the weekend we noticed that it flipped. We always thought the other person put in more work, which made us very supportive towards each other throughout the process

Despite our clearly divided roles, during moments in class it is nicer to have two people in charge of the day, especially with a class our size. There was some improvisation required throughout the week; discussions would pop-up that we didn't foresee, and sometimes issues would arrise that we would have to pick up even though it was not 'officially' my task or Kinga's. Good communication was required.

We met those requirements.
