At first, I wasn’t expecting someone who’s really similar to me, however after I asked them some questions about THEMSELVES, I was extremely surprised because we have a lot in common.

MY FRIEND AND I share the same music taste: I was really impressed when they showed me their favorite singer, because I knew him and I love his songs.

MY FRIEND is a magnificently sportive, really athletic person: sometimes I wonder if they could be someone hugeLY POPULAR, someone extraordinaryLY important in the world of the NBA.

However, this person is surprisingly unlucky: they unfolded me all the times they’ve been unlucky, and I really couldn’t believe it, AS this person is indeed extremely charismatic, devoted and lastly bright.

I’d like to dedicate this person a quote from a really famous basketball player, who unfortunately died on the 26th January 2020, Kobe Bryant:

I decided TO DEDICATE this quote TO THIS SPECIAL PERSON because of how passionate and inspiring of a person they are when they talk about their loved sport, basketball.

I hope that one day this person may improve and inspire everyone because of their succes...

MY CLASSMATE likes watching TV, which I don't really like, although we also have a lot in common, such as the love for animals: we both love dogs and cats. However, she actually has a few pets and I, even though I’d really like to own a dog or a cat, don’t have any.

The aspect MY MATE AND I share the most is probably the way we socialize, or the way we behave with people: as a matter of fact, we are both introverts. I am introverted, even though it doesn’t seem like I am, and only when we get to know people VERY WELL, we really open up, because we both need to be sure that the person we are getting to know is trustworthy, then we will talk, sometimes very much.

MY FRIEND AND I are both a bit lazy and tend to postpone activities; however, we always end up doing EVERYTHING WE NEED.

Another aspect that MY MATE AND I share is being sensitive AND A BIT TOUCHY: we get offended very easily, even though I hide all of that because sometimes it’s really not worth it. ON TOP OF THAT, we both really care about feelings of our beloved ones, comforting them, reassuring them, making them feel alright.

As a gift to this person, I’d love to dedicate a song that stole some tears off of me: "Silence" by Marshmellow.

"Silence" DEALS WITH a person who shut off everything and is trying to get back up, hoping for someone to find him: I'D LIKE TO SAY this saviour is 'time'. Time unlocked me, it “saved me”, if you want to PUT it that way: as a matter of fact, I’m AWARE I'M changing THANKS TO TIME AND PATIENCE, at least I’m trying to, AND I’m sure it will unlock you too...

I HAVE KNOWN HER for a very long time, ALMOST 8 years: HOWVER, we started to create a TRUE connection only DURING the first year of high school.

MY FRIEND AND I have many interests in common, like the school we’re attending, the music we listen to, the sport we practise and loads of aspects of our characters as well.

TO BEGIN WITH, we go to the same school and we’re actually in the same class. ON TOP OF THAT, we HAVE BEEN SITTING NEXT TO EACH OTHER until recently.

Furthermore, we are lucky enough to live closer to each other, about 5-10 minutes by car, SO THAT we have the chance to see EACH other very often, whether we want to do our homework together or if we just need to talk and let off steam.

However, the ELEMENTS WE SHARE ARE EVEN MORE NUMEROUS: besides listening to the same music and having a passion for cooking, we also play volleyball in the same team, AND WE HAVE PLAYED TOGETHER for more than 7 years. We can say that we have dedicated much of our lives to this sport and we continue to do so still, even in the worst moments, whether they are a mistake made at training or an injury, together we have always found the strength to GO AHEAD WITH OUR COMMON PASSION.

IN A NUTSHELL, it is as if MY FRIEND AND I were two souls in one body, even though spending so much time with a person doesn’t mean to be COMPLETELY equal to her.

From THE point of view OF OUR PERSONALITIES, we are actually two similar girls: we are both emphatetic, tactful, SOMETIMES A BIT complaining, BUT good-natured.

By the way, there are some aspects of our characters that don’t match. I’m a very self-conscious and bashful person. ON the other hand, MY FRIEND is simply the opposite, A REAL chatterbox, approachable and sociable.

IF I HAD TO CHOOSE A “gift” to give MY FRIEND, it WOULD BE RELATED TO a trait of her mindset, which I think she SHOULD WORK HARD ON: living the moment.

I WOULD give MY FRIEND a famous quote BY Greek poet Orazio:

I chose this particular quote that RESONATES IN ME, to remind MY FRIEND that in life it is CERTAINLY important to balance every aspect, but it’s also true that very often you have to make "risky" choices without MUCH thinking about the consequences.

Once you ARE capable of doing that, you CAN really "enjoy life”, which is basically the goal of all human Beings.

In other words, the key TO A PLEASANT LIFE is to take whatever comes in your life with more lightness: we’re humans and we only live once...

We have a lot in common.

First of all, MY FRIEND AN D I are both stubborn: we always want to make our opinion prevail.

We’re also eager, especially TO HAVE GOOD RESULTS IN ORAL AND WRITTEN tests. HOWEVER, WE ARE SOMETIMES A BIT lazy.

Another ELEMENT MY FRIEND AND I SHARE is that she has one sister like me, but I have a sister WHO IS older than me, WHEREAS MY FRIEND HAS A LTTLE SISTER.

Then, we both love animals especially dogs, indeed we both have a one dog.

We love the same music and we like cooking. HOWEVER, while I prefer BAKING sweets like cakes, she PREFERS cooking savoury dishes.

ONE LAST ELEMENT MY FRIEND AN I HAVE IN COMMON is that we both love to go out and do shopping. In fact, when we have time we usually GO shopping together.

I love talking with her because she has the same ideas as me and she understands me very well. SHE IS EXTREMELY GENEROUS AND UNDERSTANDING...

The gift that I WOULD CHOOSE for MY FRIEND is the song “Amico” by Tedua and Chris Nolan.

I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO THANK MY FRIEND FOR BEING SUCH a fantastic classmate and a true and loyal friend... 

Firstly we both live in 2 villages not far from Udine, we like animals especially dogs, even though I don’t have pets and he does. MOREOVER, I’m an only child and he has a brother.

We are very similar, IN THAT we share many characteristics of our personality: we are both chatterboxES and extroverted, so we are not afraid of MEETING and talking to new people; we are also impulsive, OFTEN jumping into action without much thinking, especially when we’re angry.

In our free time we both like spending time with friends, going shopping (although we have different styles) and going to the parties.

In contrast to me, MY MATE is a night-owl type OF PERSON, WHEREAS I, especially during the week, have to NEED to sleep A LOT otherwise I’m not productive the FOLLOWING day.

Eventually, as my present, I WOULD DEDICATE MY FRIEND a thought by Salvador Dalì:

“Intelligence without ambitious is like a bird without wings...”

Dali's quote reminds ME OF THE FACT that MY FRIEND IS ambitious, and even if you don’t see IT AT first SIGHT, he’s an intelligent person with many abilities, who can achieve any goals he sets in his life.

Firstly, she is an introvert as well  as me. However once we GET to know people BETTER, we begin to talk as much as we can and constantly. WE BECOME CHATTERBOXES!

Dealing with our external appearance;  even though she might look intimidating and laid-back, deep down she has the most radiant, gorgeous and contagious laugh.

On the other hand, I'm most likely to be a barrel of laughs and I tend to show this aspect of myself to others.

Furthermore, we have the same music taste, therefore we can talk about everything IN TE MUSIC FIELD...

If I had to choose a gift for THIS WONDERFUL PERSON, I would definitely give her a song: more precisely, I WOULD DEDICATE “Falling Down” by Lil peep and xxxTENTACION.

The vibes that this song GIVES me are EXACTLY the same vibes this person TRASMITS to me.

As we listen to this song, we can feel that the melody is very calm and, if we can say that, almost sad, BUT DEEPLY INSPIRING AND, EVENTUALLY, CERTAINLY RELIEVING AND ENERGISING: this last aspect reminds me perfectly and beautifully of this person and hopefully she would think the same...

First of all, MY CLASSMATE IS a middle child, LIKE me: I’d say that this has had a STRONG impact on our being and has shaped us much the same.

AS A MATTER OF fact, MY FRIEND AN I ARE both very talkative and sociable. However, MY FRIEND loves meeting new people, WHEREAS I tend to be quite diffident at first.

Despite SOME DIFFERENCES, MY FRIEND AND I BOTH enjoy helping other people, listening to their problems and GIVING pieces of advice, as both of us are totally empathetic towards others.

MY FRIEND’s quite of a chatterbox and she believes that this aspect of her PERSONALITY can be quite annoying SOMETIMES. Given the fact that I’ve known MY CLASSMATE for just about a month now, I trust the reality of this characteristic being quite helpful in everyday LIFE or for her future. BEING TALKATIVE, OPEN AND SOCIABLE IS CERTAINLY A POSITIVE TRAITS IN ONE'S PERSONALITY!

MY FRIEND IS also pretty sporty, SO THAT she has grown into volleyball and relish dancing in her free time. Additionally, she pleasently listens to music and is QUITE into drawing.

I chose WILDE'S QUOTE because I see that MY FRIEND IS full of life ,and I hope it inspires her to live at the fullest and to have no regrets at all...

I've known her for just over a month, but talking to each other and reading her description, I HAVE REALISED we have a lot in common.

MY CLASSMATE is a very impulsive person, JUST like me, meaning that before speaking or doing SOMETHING, we don't think MUCH about the consequences.

MY FRIEND is also a night owl, LIKE ME me, because we like to go to BED late at night, to watch FILMS or go out with friends and get up late in the morning.

MY CLASSMATE is a very ambitious girl who has specific goals in life and works hard to reach great things in her life. Our routine is very similar because we both come from outside Udine. She is a very sociable girl who likes to meet new people. Unlike me, however, she's very stubborn, AS she always wants to be right, but I rarely am.

At first, MY FRIEND immediately SEEMED a very sociable, brainy and open-minded girl TO ME, which is why I got on very well with her FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF OUR FRIENDSHIP.

Eventually, I decided to dedicate the Juventus anthem to MY FRIEND as a gift because we both have a passion for Juventus, an Italian football team, and we follow it a lot, so I would like to dedicate something to her that represents both of us.

In fact, I don't consider her as a close friend, but I get along very well with her. This is because she’s incredibly similar to me: we share many characteristics and have many common interests. For example we both enjoy hanging out with friends, baking and watching tv series. In addition to that, we are both middle CHILDREN and share lots of family experiences.

MY CLASSMATE IS an extremely talkative and outgoing kind of person, however she’s quite diffident when it comes to meeting new people: unlike me, she doesn’t overshare about her life whenever she meets someone new and it takes her longer to open up to someone and put her trust in that person. SHE MAY SEEM A COLD FISH AT FIRST... However, when she getS to know someone better, she’ BECOMES open and is always willing to listen to that person’s problems and give her best advice, and this is just another characteristic we share and are both proud of.

Furthermore, MY CLASSMATE is EXTREMELY LOVING AND PLEASING, very sweet and funny ALTOUGH A BIT sarcastic SOMETIMES, since it happens very often to her to deal with people that don’t really get her humor and don’t understand whether she’s being serious or not.

In addition to that, she claims to be an extremely stubborn person: as matter of fact, whenever she makes a decision she is hardly going to change her mind.

I decided to dedicate to her one of Theodor Roosevelt's quote that says

"Courage is not having the strength to go on, it is going on when you don't have the strength..."

I chose this quote because, as far as I know her, MY CLASSMATE seems to be a very strong person. However, I bet she has gone through hard times in her life, and probably will in the future, so I hope these words help her realize that her real strength is being able to go on even when she feels OVERWHELMED AND WEAK... 

The person I chose AS MY MATE is someone I initially didn’t think could have many ELEMENTS in common with me. However, TALKING with her made me change my mind.

MY CLASSMATE is a very WARM AND WELCOMING friendly person if you get to know her well, even though she might seem a diffident person at the beginning, just like me.

She seems to have a very strong character and doesn’t hesitate to say what she thinks and support her ideas making her a very stubborn person.

MY FRIEND has two sisters, while I have only one: HOWEVER, she knows how it feels to have an older sister just like me. Not only that, she is definitely not an early-bird, as well as me: in fact, she prefers sleeping and doesn’t like waking up early in the morning.

In conclusion, MY CLASSMATE AND FRIEND loves going out with her friends and watching tv series during her free time.

To sum up, I think that you should try to GET TO know MY FRIEND as much as possible BETTER AND BETTER, because she might seem a bit harsh AT THE VERY BEGINNING, but IF you dive deeper INTO HER PERSONALITY, you will find a fascinating character that is hoping to be discovered.

MY CLASSMATE AND I also like animals: cats are ABSOLUTELY FASCINATING TO US... beautiful for us.

We also have different ELEMENTS THAT DO NOT MATCH: for example, unlike me, MY FRIEND doesn’t have much anxiety, whereas I always TEND TO BE PRETTY ANXIOUT.

I decided to choose a phrase that in my opinion can represent a similar friendship, where you have similar PERSONALITY TRAITS:

MY CLASSAMATE AND I ARE also a bit lazy SOMETIMES, and WE tend to postpone things until the last minute.

If one of us is absent from class, we make sure to share notes, so neither of us falls behind.

HOWEVER, our friendship goes beyond just school. MY FRIEND AND I talk about everything, whether it's something exciting that happened during the day or just random thoughts. We are always there to listen, even when it's just about little things that might not seem important to anyone else. We have built a connection where we support and trust each other. Our friendship is about always being there, ready to help each other and share experiences.

My classmate and I share the same passions, hobbies, attitude, routine, group of friends, class, volleyball team and type of music. WE GET ON LIKE A HOUSE ON FIRE…

MY FRIEND IS like a sister TO ME, I know I can tell her everything, she’s essential TO me, AS SHE IS ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, CERTAINLY NOT A FAIR-WEATHER FRIEND, and I hope that our friendship WILL never end.

First of all, I'm 16 and SHE’S SIXTEEN too, and basically we live near each other, about 5-10 minutes WALK. Moreover, she’s only child and I have a younger brother.

MY SOULMATE AND I are in the same school, LEAVE IN the same AREA and ARE in the same class, AND we catch the same bus too.

At school, we enjoy studying French or Spanish but we’re good also AT English and German.
