Analyzing our curriculum is important because it helps us understand the content and anticipate where students might struggle, so we can plan lessons that meet their needs. Adjusting the curriculum lets us make those lessons more accessible and engaging by using strategies like introducing critical vocabulary and displaying student thinking to support deeper understanding. These adjustments also help us respond to students’ readiness and keep learning flexible. Using what we learned today, we can create lessons that actively involve students, build on their ideas, and focus on key concepts in a way that supports all learners. This approach, combined with experience as a paraprofessional, strengthens how we support both teachers and students in the classroom.
