1. INTRODUCTION

2. CORRUPTION IN COLOMBIA

These factors go against the law, ethics and morals that must identify a human being, causing more misery, poverty, unemployment in the nation every day and economic growth is not achieved in the development of projects that can promote social welfare.
The young people who are leaving our universities with great abilities have to leave the country in order to achieve their goals and develop their skills for the good of society, being able to do it for the good of the community itself.
We are often singled out and rejected by other cultures, taking away the opportunity to demonstrate the value and beauty of our Homeland and the beings that make it up.
As Colombians, we must fight to change these realities that do so much damage, from the transformation of our own theories and schemes, from family and school education, educating the new generations to experience human and professional values and ethics. , carrying out projects, developing strategies, giving testimony with our actions, which lead to value the human being and to care for and protect our planet earth.

3. MY RESPONSIBILITY FROM MY PROFESSION AS A TEACHER IN TODAY'S REALITY

As a teacher and as a Bethlemite religious, I consider that I have a very valuable and essential mission in the transformation of these realities, since forming from love for service through the restructuring of the PEI and the Curriculum of our educational institution, taking into account the strengthening of all dimensions, training in values such as love for life and justice and working as a team with all the staff of our educational institution for the well-being of each of our students.
