Students are not taking discipline seriously and need a "reset" conversation for each grade level and maybe by gender as well. 

Student do not care about the discipline of detention. This will allow for "house keeping" items for the kids, grades, small group, passing out important information, etc. This could also allow for SEL to be moved from Advisory Period to the first portion of the day, right when they get to school. All teachers would be doing this at the same time and for 15-20 mintues. 

Otherwise, no SEL. The kids do not like it and it is hard to get them to participate and take it seriously.
