To change the camera to shutter speed priority, you have to move the circle thing thats on the right upper side of the camera and twist it until it hits the letter 'S'.
2. When the shutter speed changes the photograph. either gets darker and clearer or lighter and blurry. 
For example, when the shutter peed is set to 1/3, it is very blurry and bright. The reason for that is because the camera doesn't know what to focus on and it is taking longer to take the picture. 
Another example would be, when the shutter speed is set to 1/800, you are able to see everyone very clearly but the lighting is very dark.
3. I would want to use shutter speed as a priority because when it's fast, it captures every little detail in a second.
