I found the seeds of spite, I planted them on site, I watered them with sprite, until the tree grew spikes. And on its Hihgest branches, there grew the fruits of fright. At night, a poor soul took a bite, and in them grew the seeds of spite.

How would I know if I needed help in being a supportive friend?

Do I have the confidence to support a friend?

I probably dont have the confidence because my friends dont tend to ever be sad, and they would probably ask their parents instead of me

I dont think so because consistently asking people can just be annoying, for example, I find it really annoying when people ask me if im ok multiple times

How does it feel to be asked for help?

It was fine when noticing my breath and for most of it, but the person in the video wouldn't stop talking and whenever he talked it took me out of my own world
