It also came to change the way we learn and often in the way we develop professionally. Social communicators have already put aside just working for a digital medium or in the organization of a company, now they work from home for many companies and virtually.

Digital marketing was that door in which many companies wanted to enter and did not understand how to do it, that is why the position of "community manager" was born. A social communicator who perfectly manages tools such as facebook bussine, google anality and Social Network Guidelines. All these functions in order to get to increase customers and the visibility of a company. Having this new position not only provided publicity, behind that came many sales and a faster expansion in the digital world.

When I started working as a community I was in my fifth semester, the company that hired me was a dessert company and was looking to get more customers from its own point of sale. One of the strategies that was created was that more people could ask for a home from wherever they were, for that a market study was carried out with several neighborhoods surrounding the place and thus promote its image and home service through social networks.

After a month, the addresses had increased by 30%, since behind that created strategy there were very provocative images, an engaging text and paid advertising with more than three social networks.
