The Ship completed a voyage around the globe commemorating the 500 anniversary of the first voyage around the globe made by Elcano and 18 sailors. King Felipe VI was aboard when the ship docked in Port of Cadiz.

We came to Cadiz from Valencia representing Transatlantic Sea Scouts to share the importance
 and values of Tall Ships in maritime training. They combine ancient and modern navigation and teamwork skills at Sea.

We went to Alicante in a transtatlantic cruise. We did our own tour to go to Castle Of Santa Barbara. We looked for the elevator but is was closed. We took a local bus up and it was great and easy. The castle has big spaces and great views of the city and port. We decided to walk down using the trail to downtown. It was a fun walk with beautiful views of both the castle and the city. The Old Royal Hospital was one of the featured sites to visit. Outdoors doors are beautiful. It is important to know who has the key of closed doors. The chapel was being restored and it was closed. However, our guide was able to find the keymaster. We will post some photos of the reconstruction to comeback later to see the final results.
