      <description>In this case, Abercrombie &amp; Fitch stores had a policy of how employees where dressed while at work. Samantha Elauf was applying to this store, but her belief of practice is Muslim. Heather Cooke, the stores assistant manger was concerned with Elaufs headscarf with the stores policy. Cooke had spoke to her district manager, Mr. Johnson indicated that Elauf’s headscarf would violate the stores policy, as would any other headwear religious or otherwise. Elauf was not hired as with the help of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, filed suit against the store </description>
