Hello and welcome to the Reactor Trial-by-Ice! This is a self-interviewing tool.

Should you pass this stage, you will then proceed to the Reactor Trial-by-Fire. We know, it only gets worse doesn't it? :/ The TBI and TBF is a way for #TeamReactor to get to know you better, and a way for you to evaluate us, too. Reactor isn't for everyone, and we hope that the rigour of our hiring process helps to select for potential teammates who would positively add to our culture.

1. There are 5 questions in total that you would have to work through this questionnaire.
2. The maximum length of each response is 5 minutes per video. There is no minimum length for each submission; you can make it however short or long as you like.
4. You do not need to feel pressured to use up all 5 minutes; we prefer responses that are candid and well thought out. Be sharp and clear.
3. You can re-record your responses as many times as you would like to as well.
