I think that the needle exchange program is a good idea. Although it would be seen as encouraging drug use, I believe that providing people the most healthiest option is the best choice. This would lessen the risk of contracting HIV. And these programs do also provide refferals for substance abuse treatment and HIV testing, which is another positive thing.

I believe that the needle exchange programs are good. Not only had they provided clean needles and syringes for those who may not be able to obtain them, but they provide help to users who are addicted and abusing these drugs. This program helps prevent the spread of disease and although it does very little to prevent drug abuse, it doesn't encourage it.

because they limit the amount of HIV and other

diseases being spread. Also, it doesn't increase

illegal drug use.

My opinion on needle exchange programs is that these programs not only provide clean syringes and needles but they also have shown that by distributing these needles HIV/AIDS will have a decline. This is not only good for users but also very good the entire society in general. Without these programs i feel there wouldn't be a decline in AIDS and other diseases.

I think they are a good idea because they clearly help the spread of HIV/AIDS. Just because someone will give you a free needle doesn't mean it will make you want to try drugs. It will keep users safe and everyone else too. The less people there are spreading disease, the less people will contract a disease.

I think the needle exchange programs are good because they are

helping limit the spread of blood borne diseases like HIV/AIDS

but they don't increase the number of illegal drug users.
